- Step 3 You will receive a free 15 minute assessment with the counsellor you have been matched with to ensure that it’s the right fit prior to your initial session. If it’s not the right fit we will do our best to match you with someone who is (whether it’s inside or outside of our organization).
- Step 4 The first session usually involves a discussion about your current situation to help identify key issues and/or goals. Counselling is collaborative; therefore you and a skilled therapist will decide the direction you take in future sessions.
Individual Counselling – Additional questions will be asked and may include an inquiry into your current coping skills and attempts to solve the issues on your own.
Career Counselling – If you are searching for your first career or changing careers, your counsellor will help you explore potential options best suited for you based on your personal goals, your preferred lifestyle and values. Then, we’ll actually help you take your next steps to get there.
Organizational Services – After discussing your organization’s goals, we will provide a comprehensive plan to foster a psychologically healthy workplace. This can include identifying key leaders, as well as increase productivity, creativity and employee retention. It may include individual coaching and training, as well a variety of workshops designed to enhance employee wellness, development and productivity.
